ROOMS

Garden Bungalow: A spacious 2 story bungalow on the island, the bedroom is on the upper floor with a balcony facing the Indian Ocean. The sitting room below could be converted to a bed room, making it the ideal accommodation for families.

Superior Room: The 24 Superior Rooms at Chaaya Island Dhonveli are built facing the Indian Ocean in blocks of six separate rooms as two storey’s, with three rooms on the lower floor and three on the upper. All Superior Rooms are air-conditioned and feature twin & double beds.

Beach Bungalow:The rooms are built facing the ocean and the beach, with two separate rooms in a single storey structure. All 40 Beach Bungalows at Chaaya Island Dhonveli are air-conditioned and feature a King size double beds.

Water Bungalow: Located on the Southern West of the Island, the 36 Water Bungalows are air-conditioned and feature a king sized bed, day bed, dressing table.

Over Water Suites: Located on the North West of the island the 24 air conditioned Over Water Suites at Chaaya Island Dhonveli are furnished witha living room with day bed, dressing table.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Koimala Garden Restaurant: Named after a Maldivian King the main Garden Restaurant of Chaaya Island Dhonveli features a wide variety of cuisines from East to West, buffet style, with live cooking stations for breakfast lunch and dinner at the following times:

Maakana Restaurant: Maakana is named after the Grey Heron, a regular visitor to this location. The circularly structured Maakana restaurant with a view of the surf break and a high cone shaped thatched roof features 'live cooking stations where guests can watch the chefs preparing fresh cuisine.

Raalhu Bar:  A bar and restaurant with an A la Carte menu, Raalhu adjoins the cascading waves of the internationally famed surf point "The Pasta Point" which has been avenue for international surfing competitions. The restaurant is complete with a pool table, darts, mini library, other indoor games and a deck that extends out into the ocean. The upper floor has a panoramic view of the surf break and the lights of Male at night in the distance. Dolphins and occasionally pilot whales are seen from here, which makes this a vantage point.

Raiyvilaa Sunset Terrace Bar: Raiyvilaa features an A-la Carte menu offering snacks and main meals. On request, even exclusive candle-lit dinners on the beach under a canopy of stars, could be arranged. Since this is the resort's main bar, guests can be certain of being served a wide variety of aperitifs and beverages and even signature cocktails to lift the spirits.

Rehendhi Restaurant & Bar: Named after an illustrious Maldivian Queen, Rehendhi offers a fine dining experience at the edge of the lagoon, specializing in a selection of fresh sea food and prime meat. For the wine connoisseur, the restaurant’s wine cellar offers an interesting collection of the best wines from around the world.
